Resilience Trainings in Autumn

Autumn invites us to pause and reflect.

Nature visibly transforms. It simplifies, lets go of what is no longer needed, withdraws its energy inward and prepares for a period of renewal and restoration.

For people navigating demanding professional and personal situations, this season offers a valuable opportunity to reflect on where they stand, become more aware of what is creating pressure, and discover new sources of strength and energy.

My nature-based resilience trainings in autumn combine reflection, movement, evidence-informed practices and practical impulses that can be applied to everyday professional and personal life.

Half-Day Resilience Training

Navigating Mental Pressure

Understanding High Expectations and Inner Demands

Many committed people carry ongoing responsibility, high expectations and a strong inner drive to excel. Over time, this can create constant pressure and mental strain.

This training supports participants in recognising signs of mental overload earlier, becoming aware of personal stress patterns and developing a more conscious and balanced way of responding to pressure.

We explore:

  • Understanding inner drivers,  the inner critic and perfectionistic tendencies
  • Setting healthy boundaries
  • Regulating stress and creating space for calm and recovery
  • Mental relief and sustainable self-care.

Resilience-Walk

Nature-Based Resilience Walk

Slow Down, Reflect and Gain New Perspectives

A compact, nature-based resilience walk for people who consciously want to step away from the demands of everyday life, gain mental clarity and discover new perspectives.

This three-hour guided walk combines gentle movement, nature-based reflection and meaningful conversations with fellow participants. Carefully designed reflection prompts help participants sort their thoughts, view professional and personal challenges from a broader perspective and explore new ways of looking at recurring patterns, thoughts and behaviours.

Nature provides an open yet supportive space for honest reflection, meaningful dialogue and the reassuring experience of discovering that many of the challenges, uncertainties and self-doubts we carry are shared by others.
