Half-Day Training:

"Resilience in Times of Change"

What to expect

Book my Spot

Change, uncertainty and increasing complexity have become part of everyday life for many people. This nature-based half-day resilience training invites participants to explore their personal resources, core values and the foundations of their inner stability.

Together, we take time to reflect on what provides a sense of direction and grounding, which values participants want to strengthen in their work and personal lives, and how these can become a source of stability, particularly during times of change and uncertainty.

Through guided exercises, reflective practice and meaningful conversations, participants discover strengths and resources that are already present but often become less visible under pressure. We will develop practical ways to build trust in your own ability to respond thoughtfully and confidently to changing circumstances.

A further focus is the relationship we have with our own thoughts, interpretations and reactions. How do our assumptions and attitudes influence the way we experience change? And how can we strengthen self-leadership, acceptance and psychological flexibility without placing additional pressure on ourselves?

The training combines movement, reflection and evidence-informed practices to create space for fresh perspectives, deeper self-understanding and personal growth that can be meaningfully integrated into everyday life.
