Slow, conscious walking and the sensory immersion in the ambience of the forest, help to clear your mind. Noticing the many nuances of the forest colours, observing the movement of the trees, feeling the fresh air on your skin, taking in the sounds of the birds and the smell of the soil helps to recharge and supports your health and well-being.
