Half-Day Resilience Training
"Navigating Mental Pressure"
What to expect

This nature-based half-day resilience training explores personal stress patterns, the expectations we place on ourselves and the factors that contribute to mental pressure in everyday life.
Guided exercises in nature create the space to become more aware of habitual patterns of thinking and responding, helping participants develop a healthier relationship with pressure and increasing demands.
Participants gain a deeper understanding of how stress develops, how personal expectations and internal demands influence the way we respond to challenges, and how signs of mental overload can be recognised and regulated at an earlier stage.
Together, we explore topics such as setting healthy boundaries, practising sustainable self-care, supporting recovery and strengthening personal resources. Throughout the training, participants reflect on how these insights can be applied in ways that fit their own professional and personal lives.
The training combines evidence-informed input with movement, guided reflection and meaningful conversations in nature. It supports participants in recognising patterns, broadening their perspective and developing practical strategies for responding to stress with greater awareness, confidence and choice.
