Forest Bathing in Spring
Spring Awakening

Spring is just around the corner and nature is slowly awakening to new life.
The first delicate green buds are appearing on the branches of the trees, vitality and ease are in the air as nature is unfolding bit by bit every day.
Treat yourself to a break from everyday life and experience the energy of the spring forest. With the help of breathing and mindfulness exercises, we use this natural energy to awaken our senses from hibernation and benefit from the vitality of the forest for our own well-being.
Together we breathe in the freshness of spring, slow down, feel ourselves and recharge our batteries.
Look forward to:
- Relaxation, vitality and ease.
- Using the green power of the forest for your own regeneration and vitality.
- Awaken your senses from hibernation and stimulate your immune system.
- Spending precious moments in harmony with nature - and with yourself.
- Me-time to unwind.
- Finding new perspectives and impulses.
I invite you to:
- Shinrin Yoku/forest bathing exercises for all senses.
- Mindfulness and breathing exercises that help you slow down and enjoy the moment.
- Solo time - moments of silence just for you.
- Working with natural materials that stimulate creativity.
- Change of perspective - see nature (and yourself) with different eyes.
