After-Work Time Out in Nature

A grounding transition out of your workday!

Reserve your spot

After a full day at work, it’s often not so easy to truly switch off.
The mind keeps going, the body feels tired and the evening passes without real recovery.

This is where this pause begins.

On Wednesday evenings, we spend 90 minutes together in the forest, just outside the city. The meeting point is reachable by public transport (STIB) and the journey becomes part of the transition: stepping out of work mode and gradually into a quieter pace.

Once in the forest, things begin to settle. The air feels different, your perspective widens, and the body starts to follow.

With simple breathing and mindfulness exercises, the surroundings support you in letting the day go: without pressure, and with no prior experience needed.

Many people notice, even after a short time:

  • a calmer mind
  • a tangible sense of physical relaxation
  • better sleep at night
  • more clarity the next morning

Who is this for?
For everyone who is looking for a clear, quiet structure to unwind during the week - without much effort, but with a noticeable effect.

Also perfect for Teams!
