Get out of the office and into the forest, leaving the week behind and switching off.
After-work forest bathing is a great way to unwind, to slow down and to shake off the stress of the week.
Gentle breathing and mindfulness exercises in the soothing atmosphere of the evening forest help to clear our busy minds, to relax and to let go. The spicy evening air promotes sleep and regeneration for a good night's rest.

Requirements:
Sure-footedness and basic fitness are required so that participants are able to walk slowly and carefully in the forest for 2 hours.
Sturdy shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather (layered clothing). Please bring a seat cushion or a small towel, plenty of water to drink and perhaps a small snack.
Minimum number of participants:
4 (max. 8 participants)
Registration is required.
The event will not take place in weather conditions that endanger the safety of participants.

Participants enter the forest at their own risk. The organizer assumes no responsibility or liability.
Registration is binding and can be cancelled up to 7 days before the course begins. After that, free cancellation is no longer possible. Alternatively, you can rebook the course, subject to availability, or transfer your place to someone else. By booking, you accept the terms and conditions.
