Nature is resting and gathers new strength for spring. This tranquility is wonderfully noticeable in the winter forest!
It is a marvellous place to relax, slow down and take a deep breath. The leafless trees grant us a unique view into their tree tops and reveal their essence. When frost or even snow wrap the forest, fascinating works of art develop and add to the beautiful forest aesthetics. At this time of the year, the forest is like a blank sheet, offered by nature. It invites us to pause, reflect on things passed and find new impulses for what lies ahead.
Accompany me into the winter forest. Enjoy the fresh winter air, relax while walking mindfully, and treat yourself to a break from hectic everyday life. Forest bathing in winter is a treat for body, mind and soul, strengthens the immune system and leaves the winter blues no chance!

Requirements:
Sure-footedness and basic fitness are required so that participants are able to walk slowly and carefully in the forest for 3 hours.
Sturdy, warm shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather (layered clothing). Please bring a seat cushion or a small towel, plenty of water to drink and perhaps a small snack.
Minimum number of participants:
4 (max. 8 participants)
Registration is required.
The tours will not take place in weather conditions that endanger the safety of participants.

Participants enter the forest at their own risk. The organizer assumes no responsibility or liability.
Registration is binding and can be cancelled up to 7 days before the course begins. After that, free cancellation is no longer possible. Alternatively, you can rebook the course, subject to availability, or transfer your place to someone else. By booking, you accept the terms and conditions.
