Mornings in the Autumn Forest...

A fresh start into the day!

Strolling mindfully and at ease through the autumn forest in the morning is nourishing for body, mind, and soul. Warm, glowing colors, fresh air, earthy scents, mist, and at times a light drizzle.

We experience this special autumn atmosphere with all our senses, taking time to absorb the forest, replenish our energy for the day, and strengthen our immune system. Being out in daylight and breathing in the fresh air are especially beneficial for it during this season.

Gentle mobilization and forest bathing exercises awaken body, mind, and soul, support your well-being, and accompany you into the day.

Look forward to:

  • Immersing yourself in the morning atmosphere of the autumn forest.
  • Pause, reflect, let go and be inspired by the ever-changing autumn forest.
  • Spending valuable moments in harmony with nature - and with yourself.
  • Starting the day rejuvenated and relaxed.

I invite you to:

  • Gentle breathing, mobilization and Shinrin Yoku/forest bathing exercises for body, mind and soul.
  • Consciously experiencing nature.
  • Drawing strength and inspiration from the autumn forest.
  • A change of perspective - see nature (and yourself) with different eyes.
  • Solo time - moments in silence just for you.
