Late Summer Forest Bathing

Colourful variety for the senses!


Between the end of August and the official beginning of autumn on September 21, the forest reveals a very special kind of magic.


During this time, the forest begins to slowly transform: the lush green tones of the leaves give way to a colorful variety, and the first signs of the approaching autumn become noticeable. The nights grow cooler, the air becomes crisper – ideal conditions for taking a deep, conscious breath, slowing down, and recharging your energy.


Take advantage of this special time for a forest bath and experience the calming power of nature with all your senses. Feel the warming rays of the sun, breathe in the fresh, spicy forest air, and let yourself be inspired by the tranquility and beauty of late summer – before autumn sets in.

Requirements:

Sure-footedness and basic fitness are required so that participants are able to walk slowly and carefully in the forest for 3 hours.


Sturdy shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather (layered clothing). Please bring a seat cushion or a small towel, plenty of water to drink and perhaps a small snack.


Minimum number of participants:

4 (max. 8 participants)


Registration is requested.


Tours will not take place in weather conditions that endanger the safety of participants.

Participants enter the forest at their own risk. The organizer assumes no responsibility or liability.


Registration is binding and can be cancelled up to 7 days before the course begins. After that, free cancellation is no longer possible. Alternatively, you can rebook your course or transfer your place to someone else, subject to availability. By booking, you accept the terms and conditions.
