Hello 2025!
Enjoy a relaxing start into the New Year

You decided to spend more time in nature in the coming year and take meaningful breaks every now and then?
Forest bathing in winter is a good opportunity to combine both. Enjoy the silence of the winter forest, slow down, clear your mind and open up space for new perspectives. Take time to let go what is no longer needed and welcome what lies ahead.
Let the cold air refresh your senses and sharpen your perception.
This invigorates and relaxes body and mind and strengthens your immune system.
Look forward to:
- A pleasant break from everyday life.
- Immersing yourself in the regenerating stillness of nature.
- Letting go and slowing down on a physical and mental level and simply "be".
- Activating and revitalising the senses.
- Spending valuable moments in harmony with nature - and with yourself.
- Finding time for reflection and contemplation of what is essential.
I invite you to:
- Shinrin Yoku/forest bathing exercises to enjoy the forest with all your senses.
- Mindfulness exercises helping you to be in the present moment.
- Solo time - moments of silence just for you.
- Discover your creativity with natural materials.
- Change of perspective - see the forest with different eyes.
- A tea ceremony with biscuits in the winter forest.
