Feel the stillness of winter, when the forest is at rest, and allow this deep calm to gently settle within you. Absorb the renewing energy of spring as new life emerges and fresh green awakens the forest. In summer, enjoy the rich colours, earthy scents, and the sense of lightness and warmth. And in autumn, observe the forest’s transformation: pausing, letting go, and allowing change to unfold.


Each season offers its own nourishing and restorative qualities. The forest invites you to gather yourself, recharge, feel at ease, and return to everyday life with greater calm, balance, and clarity.

Prices

The courses can be booked individually or as a package. Those interested can join an ongoing annual course any time.

  • Single Forest Bathing Course: 40,00 EUR
  • Package of 4 Forest Bathing Courses: 150,00 EUR

Location:  Forêt de Soignes, Watermael-Boitsfort.

After your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation. Further information regarding the exact meeting point, the schedule, and what to bring will be shared well in advance of every course.


Notice:

The courses will not take place in weather conditions that endanger the safety of participants (heavy rain, storm, thunderstorm, etc.). In this case, the courses can be postponed (even at short notice) and will take place at a later date.
